3. Registration and Use of the Service

4. Service Fees and Payment Terms
4.1. Access to the basic functionality of the service may be provided free of charge. Advanced functionality is available on a paid basis.
4.2. The cost of paid services, payment methods, and terms are specified on the website app.trainingendurance.com.
4.3. Payments are accepted in Russian rubles for Users in Russia and in US dollars for Users outside Russia.
4.4. Refunds are possible only in cases stipulated by this agreement and the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Provider undertakes to:
5.1. Provide the User with access to the functionality of the service.
5.2. Provide information about the operation of the service and consult in case of questions.
The User undertakes to:
5.3. Use the service in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
5.4. Not share access to their account with third parties.
5.5. Not use the service for illegal purposes.
6. Personal Data Processing
6.1. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the website.
6.2. Data transmission from connected devices is carried out with the User’s consent.
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. The Provider is not liable for:
•Improper use of service recommendations.
•Errors or malfunctions in the User’s equipment.
•Inaccuracies in data transmitted from connected devices.
7.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
8. Force Majeure
8.1. The Parties are released from liability for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, internet outages, etc.).
9. Final Provisions
9.1. This agreement takes effect from the moment the User accepts it (registration, payment, or use of the service).
9.2. The Provider reserves the right to amend the terms of this agreement by publishing a new version on the website.
