Offer Agreement

This document constitutes a public offer (the "Agreement") by Training Endurance ("Provider", "we") to enter into a contract on the terms described below.

1. Subject of the Agreement

The Provider grants the User access to the online service Training Endurance, which includes workout planning, adaptive nutrition plans, training-load tracking and other features available in the application.

2. Acceptance of the offer

By creating an account and starting to use the Service, the User confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this Agreement and our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

3. Cost and payment

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing is shown in the application and on the website. Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Liability

The Service provides general training and nutrition recommendations. It is not medical advice. The User is responsible for their own health and consults qualified professionals where needed.
