Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how refunds work for digital subscriptions to Training Endurance ("the Service"), purchased via our website at trainingendurance.com. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy.
This policy applies to digital subscriptions only. The Service does not sell physical goods through its website.
1. Merchant of Record
Payments for Training Endurance subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (for customers in the EU, UK, and certain other regions) and Paddle.com, Inc. (for customers in the United States and elsewhere), acting as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for billing, payment processing, refunds, and collection of applicable sales tax or VAT on our behalf.
Artem Smirnov, Istanbul, Türkiye, is the supplier of the Service. Any refund you receive is issued by Paddle in accordance with this policy.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase, for any reason. You do not need to provide a justification. After 14 days have passed, a refund for that purchase is no longer available.
3. Subscriptions
3.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
3.2. After the 14-day window has passed, no refund — full or partial — is provided for the remaining portion of the current billing period. Access continues until the period ends.
3.3. Each renewal charge begins a new 14-day refund window. If your subscription renews automatically and you request a refund within 14 days of the renewal charge, Paddle will refund that renewal in full.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- The purchase is older than 14 days (including renewals older than 14 days).
- The charge has already been refunded.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@trainingendurance.com with the following information:
- the email address used for the purchase;
- the Paddle order or receipt reference (included in your purchase confirmation email);
- the date of purchase.
You do not need to state a reason for the refund request.
6. Processing Time
We review refund requests within 30 days of receiving your email. In practice, most requests are handled within 5–10 business days. Once a request is approved, Paddle processes the refund to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.
7. Currency and Exchange Rates
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in the currency of the original transaction. If your bank converted the original charge to a different local currency, the amount you receive in your local currency may differ from the original charge due to exchange-rate fluctuations between the purchase date and the refund date. Training Endurance and Paddle are not responsible for such differences.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We aim to resolve all legitimate concerns quickly through the refund process described above.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
